Matthias – Technical Sales.

Opportunities for career starters.

Even during the final phase of my studies at the Technical University (TU) Graz, I was able to start my professional career in technical sales at Fb Industry Automation. Thanks to flexible scheduling, I was able to complete my master’s degree without any issues. With the support of my colleagues, getting up to speed on projects was easy. Every single workday is varied, and I constantly gain new experiences. The doors are always open for both internal and personal training and development.

Gabriel – Project Manager.

Mentorship Program.

I have been working at Fb Industry Automation as a Junior Project Manager since September 2022. Thanks to the mentorship program, I was able to quickly get a foothold in project management and take on multiple projects early on. Another advantage is the ability to combine my studies with professional responsibilities.

The best part of my job, however, is the pleasant working atmosphere and the great willingness to help each other. This way, even during busy times, the fun never takes a backseat.

Katharina – Project Controlling & Finance.

Innovative company.

I began my career at Fb Industry Automation in September 2019. While pursuing my part-time studies, I was given the freedom and support to immediately apply my newly acquired knowledge in real-world projects. For me, Fb is an innovative company that consistently stays ahead of the curve, which is clearly reflected in my day-to-day work. Every day, I have the opportunity to collaborate with a young, motivated team to develop new and creative solutions. Thanks to the flexible home office policy, my long commute of over 60 km has never been a barrier.
