- Completed technical education (HTL Computer Science, University of Applied Sciences, or Technical University) with a focus on Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience (at least 3 years).
- Good understanding of various machine learning methods and their practical application.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming with Python.
- Experience with Linux, SQL databases, RESTful APIs, cloud services, containerization, and orchestration.
- Knowledge in computer vision, LLMs, vision-language models, or foundation models is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to complex data science projects.
- Independent working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork and creative problem-solving.
- Business-fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Passion for software, processes, and modern technologies.
- Experience in machine learning & Python.

- Focus on Processes & AI Development.
- Development of innovative AI applications for internal process optimization, as well as intralogistics and warehouse logistics, using state-of-the-art machine learning approaches.
- Building end-to-end pipelines for data collection and analysis, as well as training and benchmarking of machine learning models.
- Analyzing complex problems together with software and mechatronics experts to develop AI-based solution approaches.
- Optimizing existing internal processes, products, or developing new applications through the creation of specific AI agents.
- Deployment of solutions using cloud technologies, containerization, and web API integration.
- Responsibility for AI applications from prototype to final release.
