MENTORING
Once we have clarified all the general conditions and your start date has been set, we’ll send you your employment contract. And then your new challenge can begin. But we won’t leave you on your own! You will be assigned a mentor who will be on hand to answer any technical, administrative or other questions you may have about Fb Industry Automation. It is important to us that you not only know your tasks, but that you feel comfortable in our team. And that works best when you are part of a happy team. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible support during the first few months of your induction.
