- Completed technical education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or Technical University).
- At least 6 years of professional experience, ideally in intralogistics or automation technology.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently.
- Assertiveness and resilience.
- High level of reliability, cost-awareness, and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English at a business professional level is required; proficiency in Italian and Spanish is a plus.

- Management, supervision, and execution of major customer projects in the field of intralogistics up to customer acceptance.
- Key communication link between customers and internal departments.
- Preparation of schedules, resource and cost plans, as well as project status reports.
- Leading and managing the project team.
- Technical support for Sales in system design and concept development.
