  • Completed technical education in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology (apprenticeship/technical college/university of applied sciences or equivalent).
  • Solid knowledge of PLC programming is an advantage (preferably Siemens S7 / TIA Portal).
  • Structured and independent way of working.
  • Assertiveness and resilience.
  • High service- and customer orientation.
  • German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel < 20%.

#YOUR-TASKS

  • Support and technical assistance for existing systems at our customers’ sites.
  • Implementation of change requests as well as modifications and optimizations of existing PLC programs.
  • Customer hotline support (remote analysis, troubleshooting, and solution development).
  • Sustainable improvement and further development of system performance.
  • Analysis of recurring malfunctions and derivation of technical optimization measures.
  • Active participation in the development and improvement of our hotline processes.
  • Documentation of service activities and software changes.
